- In 1982, Lee first published “Knock 3 Times” as “How To Find The Job You Want.” Over the years, his company, Employment Systems Associates, LLC (a division of McCormick Associates, LLC) sold out of its original printing, but kept receiving requests for the book. In 2001, he updated and reprinted the guide as “Knock 3 Times,” which today enjoys renewed success as myriad job-hunters apply its proven three-step process and find work in only a month's time.
